RAL – Steel radiators
Radiators differ in terms of material, surface finish, resistance against corrosion and service life, among other things.
RAL Gütegemeinschaft Heizkörper aus Stahl e. V. (German Quality Assurance Association for Steel Radiators) was founded in order to ensure high product quality and market transparency based on reliable performance data. It grants radiator manufacturers the right to bear the quality mark "Steel Radiators (RAL-GZ 618)" on the basis of the quality and test regulations.
To minimise the effort for manufacturers who use other European quality marks in addition to the RAL Quality Mark, WSPCert has developed and signed the RADMAC agreements for the mutual recognition of testing laboratories and inspectors together with the responsible certification bodies.
